Security Deposit
There are two kinds of deposits, $500 and $1000. 64 hours or more require the $1000 deposit, all else is $500 unless told otherwise by the manager.
The Security Deposit can be paid by check made out to Chef's Commercial Kitchen Co-op LLC, or for convenience electronically with an added credit card fee. The credit card fee and deposit is fully refundable through PayPal up to 60 days, afterwards the security deposit will be refunded by check minus the fee (i.e. $500 or $1000).
