This page is for all your payment needs. You can pay the kitchen deposit, rent, and application fee (if you have not done so already). Contact us if you have any questions.
Security Deposit
There are two kinds of deposits, $500 and $1000. 64 hours or more require the $1000 deposit, all else is $500 unless told otherwise by the manager.
Rent
As of 1/1/2012 any tenant can pay for rent online with a credit card through Google Checkout, but will incur an added fee of 2.99% + $0.30. This is merely the fee that Chef's Kitchens is charged to accept credit cards. As always, rent can (and should) be paid with a check whenever possible. We are actively working on accepting E-Checks through our website that will have no fees. Please enter the amount you need to pay below:
As of 1/1/2012 a credit card convenience fee will be auto-added to any payment at 2.99% + $0.30 during checkout. No convenience fee is charged if rent or other payments are paid directly to Chef's Kitchens with a check.
Application Fee
